Thoughtful design. Technical expertise. A personal approach.

STUDIO WILDE is a residential architecture and engineering studio founded by Sarah Wilde, a New York and New Jersey Registered Architect and Professional Engineer.

Sarah brings a multidisciplinary perspective to residential design, combining architectural design with hands-on structural and civil engineering expertise. This allows each project to be approached not only as a design problem, but as a complete system — one where beauty, structure, site, and practicality are considered together.

Her work is rooted in the belief that a home should feel warm, timeless, and deeply personal. Rather than following trends, STUDIO WILDE focuses on thoughtful proportions, natural materials, enduring details, and spaces that support the way a family actually lives.

Our approach

Listen first.
Every home and every client is different. Understanding how you live, what isn't working, and what you hope to create is the foundation of the design process.

Design thoughtfully.
Good design isn't about adding more. It's about making intentional decisions about proportion, light, circulation, materials, and detail.

Think holistically.
Architecture, structure, and site are interconnected. Considering them together creates better solutions and helps avoid problems later.

Design for longevity.
The goal is to create homes that feel just as right years from now as they did on the day they were completed.
